SDS Consultants realise that effective project management does not begin on site but should begin as a ‘proactive’ plan ‘off site’. Project management has evolved over the years in order to plan, coordinate and control the complex and diverse activities of modern residential and commercial projects.
As a practice we have extensive experience of managing projects from inception to completion. Utilising our wealth of experience, SDS are able to foresee, predict and control many of the factors which have an adverse affect on the successful completion of a project.
We provide a full service of construction project management specifically designed to meet the needs of our clients. We understand that the best projects are those where time is spent in developing the right project team for the delivery of the project.
We begin by establishing the needs of our clients and their expectations in terms of budget, duration of the project and quality of the finished product. We then develop a management strategy consistent with the profile of your project, and we explore and submit viable alternatives for project deliver where applicable. We also assist our clients in understanding the available options, and propose the most efficient and effective methods for implementing the plan.
Finally, we engage the specialty disciplines required for project delivery and enhance their contributions by creating a team committed to the project’s success.

In this role of project manager we manage all aspects of the project and take responsibility for health and safety management, cost control, risk management, quality assurance and communications protocols.
